The company was created in August 2013. In its early days, Eyté Sarl offered basic and classic travel packages in the Saharan desert.
Main registration in the RCCM (Trade and Personal Property Credit Register) dated 10/06/2013, Trade Register No. RCCM TC/NDJ/13 B 409, with a capital of 1,000,000 XAF.
The company Eyté Sarl was created by two partners, Mr. Guasti Adolfo of Italian nationality and Mr. Hassane Mahamat Saleh of Chadian nationality, both residing in N’Djamena, Chad.

"Naszą wyprawę do płaskowyżu Ennedi zorganizowaliśmy przy ich pomocy .Firma EYTE spisała się na medal a ludzie którzy byli z nami w trakcie wyprawy służyli pomocą i profesjonalnie wykonywali swoje obowiązki .Na początku mieliśmy pecha . Z powodu burzy piaskowej i odwołanego lotu dotarliśmy dzień póżniej do Czadu . "
